You&#...Don't worry about binge eating too much. You're doing fine with your meals. When you do feel the urge to binge on junk food, stuff yourselves with fruit and veggies....they'll make you full and hopefully calm the urge.<br />One thing I've found helps me personally is to eat little snacks throughout the day.
